How You May Participate:

You open the mutual fund account in your name. We do the rest.

     .   We select the mutual fund.

     .   We select the market timing.

     .   We make the trading decisions.

     .   We make the trades.

You are the only one who has access to your money.

The minimum account is two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). There is no maximum account size.

The Fees:

20% of the net earned each calendar quarterly increase of your portfolio assets.

Our fee never comes from invested money. Our fee only comes when we earn a profit for you above invested money. Here is an example. You invest $250,000. At the end of the quarter your account has increased by 10%.

Your account value is now $275,000. Your account earned $25,000 during the quarter. Your fee would be $5,000 (20% of your account increase of $25,000). 

The new net value of your account is $270,000 ($275,000 minus the $5,000 fee you have paid). This new value of $270,000 is called your new baseline. We must now increase your invested net value above $270,000 at the end of any calendar quarter before new fees will be due.

You pay us only on the net increase of your portfolio on a quarterly calendar close above the baseline. We must exceed your baseline before new fees are assessed.

Your Commitment:

You may withdraw from the program at any time without notice. Just telephone Rydex and withdraw your funds.
